Ingo Schnitger

May I introduce myself: Ingo Schnitger, 55 years, living in Germany most of the time. 

While travelling through Florida in May 2018 we found this house on AirBNB. After a warm welcome from Christa she immediately saw the glare in our eyes and just on a side note mentioned, that the house is on the market. Now, I am proud to say that everything worked out and we are glad to own the house to use for ourselves but also rent it out as a vacation rental. 

We have invested a lot of effort into the house to offer the highest standards and a modern design. A higly motivated team is working in the background to keep this level and ensure a great vacation experience. Please see the reviews on AirBNB to get an impression of the feedback to our hard work.

One of my personal favorites is boating out on the Gulf of Mexico and take the boat to go for dinner  at one of the "boat-in restaurants". As a consequence, we have added a powerful Four Winns HD5. This boat is parked in a marina at Fort Myers Beach. The boat is not included in the rent.
