The price is an "all in" price, including the sales- and tourist tax (11.5%) as well as cleaning. 

Electricity is not included and will be charged extra at USD 0.20/kwh upon reading the meter before/after your stay. Our house has a range between USD 5.00 and USD 15.00 (long time average is pretty sharp USD 10 per day). 

Now it is up to you to complete the form and secure a direct booking with us. This will ensure the best price compared to AirBNB. If you would like discontinue, please simply close the page. You may also contact us to block certain dates for a few days to arrange your flights.
